Souper Cheesy Chicken

Preheat oven to 350

1. slice chicken crosswise into medallions
2. cut up vegetables into bitesize pieces
3. brown chicken on stovetop in dutch oven sprayed with cooking oil
4. remove chicken and drain
5. combine soups, 1 can of milk, and cheese; melt
6. add chicken and vegetables stirring well
7. place in 350 oven for 30 minutes
8. add fried onions on top and back another 10 minutes until brown

Serve over rice.
